of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect
of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law
of United Kingdom. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural,
capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Site.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

If you contact us we will email you. We may hold email correspondence for up to 2 years in line with our data retention policy.

Any submissions of ideas or possible work sent to SALO CREATIVE LTD will be the idea of the client, all ideas are kept confidential and will not shared. If the client chooses not to go through with the idea or work then production will cease.

Our Site links to and may link to content from other Third-Party Websites. Unless otherwise stated we do not
control or monitor Third-Party Websites for accuracy, appropriateness or completeness by us. We are not
responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Site. You should review the applicable terms and policies,

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill). Disputes Resolution

In the event of a dispute, each of the parties submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement and that accordingly Proceedings may be brought in such courts.
