Making products more conversational

LUSH wanted to explore a concept that allowed more conversation to happen around their products. After a business decision to close certain social channels and allow for social activity to be available on their sites, our creative concept allowed users to comment and discuss their favourite products easily. The conversation happened whilst being able to view product details and purchase.



LUSH is a global cosmetics retailer producing a variety of creams, soaps, shampoos, shower gels and famously, bath bombs. All their products are created from freshly purchased fruits and vegetables and they're also widely known for their ethical approaches and activities.
